What is the appropriate dress?
Answer: You are welcome to wear what is most comfortable for you. The LDS Performer’s Concert (Friday) is held in the chapel, so most people like to dress up for that. The workshop (Saturday) is held in many rooms, including the chapel; some people like to dress up a little, but some classes (like primary) involve doing activities in circles on the floor, and you are welcome to come casual so that you are comfortable. People come in everything from jeans to dresses, so you will not be out of place no matter what you wear.
I didn’t pre-register online. Can I still come?
Answer: Yes, of course! You will need to fill out registration materials when you arrive. Lunches and/or choral packets are not guaranteed unless you pre-register, but extras may be available on a first come, first serve basis. Even if you don’t want a lunch or choral packet, we strongly encourage pre-registration because it helps us to be organized and prepared for our numbers in space, chairs, handouts, etc.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: The workshop is free. There may be choral packets from previous years available for purchase. We only accept cash and checks.
I didn’t reserve a lunch, but what if I want one on the day of the workshop?
Answer: We currently do not offer a lunch for purchase. The workshop has a shorter format, and concludes at lunchtime.
Where can I park?
Answer: Parking is available on two levels. The entrance off SW 99th will take you to parking on the same level as the main floor of the building. Parking off of the 102nd Avenue entrance will lead you to a lower level parking lot. You can access the chapel by going upstairs.
Is there an elevator?
Answer: Yes. On the east side of the chapel towards the Relief Society and Young Women’s rooms, there is an elevator so that you can also access the classes downstairs and the banquet hall for lunch.
